Note: This release has the unfortunate side-effect of disabling the new Thunderbird 2.0 feature of popping up an alert box for incoming mail. Currently it's impossible to have both my extension and this feature working together. In future versions, this is fixed. In this version, you can always restore the alert box feature by disabling or uninstalling this extension.

- Information:
- On Mozilla Mail (of Mozilla "Suite"):
- Run Mozilla from an account capable of writing to the system-wide Mozilla directory (typically, this will be the 'root' user).
- Click the XPI link.
- Follow the instructions.
- Restart Mozilla when required. At this point, the extension is installed for all users.
- On Mozilla Thunderbird:
- Download the XPI file from this site (hold Shift while clicking the link to force it to download).
- Use 'Tools | Extensions' menu option to open the Extensions window.
- Press 'Install' and follow the instructions. Select the XPI file you've downloaded when required.
- Restart Thunderbird when required.

The easiest way to install this Mozilla extension is by using the XPI package (assuming the XPI was built for your platform).
Alternatively, you can build your own XPI by downloading the tarball and following the instructions in the README file.
